1. So, is it Josh or Joshua? Most people call him, Josh. But when his mom's angry, she yells "Joshua!"
2. Josh was born in Vancouver, Canada but spent part of his childhood in San Fransico, where he sang for the Boys' Chorus.

5. Josh's Mom got him into acting (she is a casting director). At first, she didn't want him to be an actor, but when he pleaded she couldn't resist his begging.
6. Josh was nine years old when he got his first acting gig. He dressed up as a cowboy for a Canadian tourism commercial.
7. Josh and his sister, Aisleigh (pronouced Ashley), 15, are way close. She tells him about her boyfriends -- even though he hates to hear about it.
8. Still, he's an awesome older brother. He took her shopping for her first bra. What a sport.

10. Josh learned how to play hockey while training for his part in The Mighty Ducks. Since then, he's been addicted to the sport.
11. His parents got divorced when he was really young. "It was painful because everything you trusted, and felt secure about, fell apart." he says.
12. Josh a bad boy? Hard to believe, but he was suspended from high school twice!
13. But now he loves to study and read philosophy books. "Any knowledge is good knowledge, so the more you read the better,"he says.
14. Josh is a TV veteran --- before Dawson's Creek he was on the short-lived show Champs.
15. Josh says his ideal girl is more like Joey than Jen. "I'd probably start going out with Jen, realize the error of ways, and end up with Joey."
16. What celeb would he most like to date? Fellow Canadian, Neve Campbell!
17. At the Dawson's Creek audition, Josh tried out for the part of Dawson.
18. Josh has always been a jokester. He says he inherited his "terribly sarcastic sense of humor" from his mom.

21. Josh said it was very weird kissing Leann Hunley (his "English teacher" Tamara Jacobs) because she's married in real life!
22. Josh totally loves dogs. In fact he brings his large black Lab Rhodesian Ridgeback, Shumba, to work everyday.
