" I t ' s   t h e   e n d   o f   s o m e t h i n g   s i m p l e . . . "

"Outside the window of the big rambling white house, the water shimmered silver in the hazy moonlight. Inside, the TV cast its own glow in Dawson Leery's bedroom."

This it how it all begins. A calm, moonlit night. A boy's bedroom. The prelude to a whole year of changes. Dawson is innocent, Joey is a tomboy, Pacey is smart, Jen is gorgeous. They all talk like grown-ups but behave like children. They are the very heart of Dawson's Creek.

Dawson and Joey

Believe me when I say that Dawson's Creek did not change my life in a second. It was one boring winter afternoon, I had a flu and I had nothing to do besides sneezing, so I grabbed the remote and turned on the Satellite TV. On the screen there was this guy with dark hair telling this other blond guy that nobody calls him Oompa-Loompa anymore... and THIS is how it all began for me. "Detention" was the first episode I watched, and I simply thought it was a good show, and I decided to watch it the following week. Week after week, I got more involved. I started getting tapes of each episode. I started caring about them almost as if they were real persons. I started to talk about DC with my friends. I found out web pages and I decided that I WANTED to talk about DC to everybody.

And this is what Alessandra's Creek is here for. This is the place where I speak about DC with my friends, or whoever passes by and stops to listen.
You're all welcome here.
So, take a seat, get comfortable, pour yourself a glass of something good, grab a snack... and enjoy.
